My 76” wall mounted TCL failed under warranty. Workers scheduled removal of old TV and installed new TV in the same day.

Geek Squad did a great job of mounting and setting up my tv and devices. Also did excellent job of explaining everything to me.

The agents came on time and they were very professional. They wore face masks and they worked quickly and efficiently. They installed my 70" TV and connected it to my surround sound system in about 45 minutes, and did it well. If I had to do the same thing on my own it would have taken me at least three times that, and I would not have been able to do it as well as the pros. Overall, buying the Premium installation package was not cheap, but it was money well-spent and good value.

I like best buy, however the outside people they use is. Quite confusing.Im not going to say don't go to shop there because it's a really great store, customer service is a different story..... They need to work on compensating people for their problems that they have with deliveries

Beautiful television, has a great picture. They hung it on the wall and it looks great!!! Worth every penny.

The gentleman guy arrived ON TIME. He was professional and courteous. This is second TV that I have had mounted. Both times I was happy with the end result.

Thanks to the Geek squad for coming and mounting my 70" in television with no problem. They were prompt, came in with the proper safety gear. (mask, covered boots) They came in and went straight to work. About 20 minutes they finished and explained the setup to us, answered all our questions and cleaned up their trash. They even told us about how to add our sounder to the tv. Awesome job guys. I def recommend if your not sure about hanging your tv.

Discussed our needs with the floor service agent and he was quite knowledgeable in assisting us and explaining each product to achieve our goal in performance, quality and overall look.
