Worked until they got my tv up and working and stayed beyond the work hours to explain how to use it. I highly recommend our geek squad team! They did an excellent job. The 2 man crew did a really good job in mounting the tv. The only negative is the 1st technician arrived and had to wait 45 minutes for the 2nd technician to arrive. The work was completed in fine fashion...looks very good on the wall.
