The agents mounted the TV, hid the cables (power too, but it's $50 extra) and made sure everything was connected.

Gage and his co-worker did an amazing job hanging my FrameTV and explaining the product. They explained the product and it's accessories very thoroughly while simultaneously being minimally invasive as we worked from home. They set up the product and within an hour we were using the TV. We appreciate them and their time/knowledge.

I LOVE the Best Buy Geeks. I have multiple sclerosis and without the Geeks, I would have never been able to mount my new television. They do everything so effortlessly. The agents mounted to perfection all the components and tweaked it to perfection

320676746 Paid $400 to get my 55 inch tv mounted on top of a fireplace. 1. Placed the order online but the date didn’t save so had to call them back to pick a date and I lost my slot that I booked 2. Paid the extra fee to get specialized mounting but the tech (not a geek squad member) arrived with no tools for a stone wall mount 3. Had to call Geek Squad almost 5 times to get all of this straightened out as they could not cancel while the order was in progress. 4. Had to place another order and cancel the original so at one point I spent $800 while waiting for my refund 5. Finally the tech arrived and says my Mantel Mount TV Mount is something that won’t fix as they are scared of being liable for it being falling off so they sell us a mount on the spot (for some reason they had a mount on them) 6. Asked for a compensation for this horrible experience and they gave a $75 gift card for all the waste of my time they caused. 7. I would go with someone local the next time..

This is a great mount, as it can be moved in any direction. Geek Squard did a great job clean neat and professional.

Good service, friendly, cleaned up nicely. The only reason I am rating this 4 stars is they did not put any of the cables/cords behind the wall. I was told the cable company would handle that which was not the case.
