The two gentlemen who mounted my 65" Samsung The Frame TV were super professional and quick. They arrived as scheduled and took great care with mounting the TV above my fireplace.

The 2 agents mounted my Tv and connected all my devices. They leveled it and made sure it was on point. I’m very satisfied with the install.

My technician was AMAZING. He asked me everything I needed, while he was there. Listen, however also gave advice when needed.

Very quick service provided by the “Geek Squad”, Scott is the best! Had him for two tv mount installations, and he has excellent customer service, friendly, and goes the extra mile to help out. Would definitely recommend to friends and fam.

The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. The techs arrived in the window and had no problem wearing masks in our home being our daughter is sick.

Geek Squad agents did a fabulous job. They did the mounting, connecting, set-up, downloading and provided instructions. We couldn't be happier. This is our first smart tv.

The Agents mounting the TV, did a great job and shiwed me how to move TV on the mount.

The setup was great but they didn't stay and showed me how to use the TV. It'll be nice when you spend $4,000 on a brand new nice TV you expect them to show you how things work because the TV I purchased is the new Disney Samsung frame TV. And on the remote has a microphone and you press it and doesn't work and doesn't tell you how to turn it on or anything like that it's impossible and I called geek squad and they have no idea or they couldn't help me which was awesome so yeah

Geek Squad was prompt, on time, and professional. They did a great job handling my tv and wall mount. Everything went well. I was glad I elected to have them install everything. Would definitely recommend Geek Squad for this service

They sent two Geeks to hang my 55" TV. Mounted it nivcely on the wall. I had to call them back to organize the cords and it looks much better.

Absolutelt totally impressed with the service. Chris and the techs kept me informed of their arrival, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I cannot imagine better service.

The Agent that came was polite and informative. He hung our tv and made sure to clean up after himself. He took a lot of time to make sure we were aware of how everything worked which was great. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

The agent mounted my tv and connected it to all my devices in no time fast and professional service with answer to all your questions.

They were nice and polite. But they left cords bundled and hanging everywhere. It looked a mess. They said it was the best they could do because I did not have a plug close by. I just hope my tv doesn’t fall off the wall. I repositioned the cords on top of the fireplace mantel and put pictures in front of it to hide the cord mess I should have complained sooner but I’m a senior with heart problems and did not want to get myself upset. My brother had suddenly died as well.

They came in and the setup was quick and clean. They also did all the wireless connections.

The guys called ahead of delivery. They were skilled at installing the tv mount and connecting all of our devices. They really took the worry out of this purchase all together.
