    The agents that installed the Mount and TV were true pro’s who worked fast and took all precautions to make sure things got done safely and correct. Please pass my Kudos on to them again for a superior job done well and for their patience answering all of our questions clearly!

    Excellent installation experience for our new Samsung 75” tv. We love total tech as well. They come out whenever you need them.

    They were nice and polite. But they left cords bundled and hanging everywhere. It looked a mess. They said it was the best they could do because I did not have a plug close by. I just hope my tv doesn’t fall off the wall. I repositioned the cords on top of the fireplace mantel and put pictures in front of it to hide the cord mess I should have complained sooner but I’m a senior with heart problems and did not want to get myself upset. My brother had suddenly died as well.

    So.... The good and the bad with this one. The good: It was mounted straight, level, secure and quickly. The overall end product was as expected. The BAD: It was scheduled as a 12:00 to 18:00 window when I originally scheduled the service. The evening before, I received an E-mail from Best Buy confirming the 12:00 - 18:00 window. Accordingly, I went to run errands around 09:00 and got a call from my daughter that the Best Buy guys were at our house at 09:45! Fortunately, I was only a 2 minutes away. While that is annoying, it was made MUCH WORSE when I told the main tech sorry, but the window was scheduled between 12:00 and 18:00. The dude first had the audacity to ARGUE with me even after I showed him the E-mail from BB with the 12:00 - 18:00 confirmation, BUT he also was a pretty serious jerk about it and hastily and gruffly muttered "Well if you don't like that we are here now, we can come back another day". I think as soon as he said that, he realized he was being a Grade A jerk. I told him to shorten the attitude, it was YOUR company that confirmed the time AND YOUR COMPANY that improperly scheduled you. Once I called him on his attitude, he got better (and much more quiet). So yeah, in all I'm happy with the end-product, BUT Mr. Geek Squad Dude needs a pretty wicked dose of PROPER CUSTOMER INTERACTION. For the record, the other tech that was with him was perfectly professional and in all honesty, I think he was embarrassed by his cohorts shenanigans.

    Very friendly, explain situation, cleaned up after the job was done. They made sure the job was done before they left, cesar even called me to make sure that everything was ok.

    The whole process from start to finish was outstanding. The techs arrived in the window and had no problem wearing masks in our home being our daughter is sick.

    How many Geeks does it take to hang a 55" TV?

    They sent two Geeks to hang my 55" TV. Mounted it nivcely on the wall. I had to call them back to organize the cords and it looks much better.

    Geek squad tv installation went great. Can't say enough good things about a process that can be stressful. The service was excellent and I would highly recommend geek squad tv mounting (at least my experience was great).

    My TV’s were mounted very quickly and professionally. Was explained what was being done, even asking me where would I like it mounted and gave their input. It was really helpful, especially knowing that they had been in the exact apartment complex and knew the layouts.

    I am a technician myself so, i tried to be understanding when my technician was late. Unfortunately as time went on, I just felt like he was unprofessional & inconsiderate. He called at 10am & said he was going to arrive at 12pm. At 12:35 I couldnt get a hold of him & neither could the customer service representative. She stated she put in the notes for the tech to call when he is on the way so i can make sure i put my dog up. Around 12:50pm he got back in contact with me & stated he is behind. I stated that its not a problem, just let me know when you are on the way so i can be aware. He arrived a little after 4pm without a phone call or text, luckily my dog was inside or who knows what would've happened. Now the installation: The space was clear for him. The entertainment system was pulled at least 4-5 ft away from the installation area. It was clean & he has plenty of space. I specifically asked him to put my tv at a certain height, due to the furniture & the way we would be watching TV. He proceeded to tell me that "you dont want that" & does what he wants. After they mount the TV he offered to connect my sound system I told him its fine i got it. He insisted because he was late. He wanted to do it to make up for his tardiness. He also asked for a broom so he can clean up the debris off the floor where he had drilled in the wall. I went out my way to grab the cables out the garage & the broom. 20-30 mins later he claimed that he couldn't conncet my system because those are the wrong power cables that I gave him. "No problem" i said, "ill take care of it". I Walked them out. When i walked in the living room the entertainment system had been pushed against the wall. I walked over & pulled it off the wall. The debris was still all over the floor & on my tv mount behind the tv. I have removable wall plates where you can put the wire in the wall to hide cables the didnt use that. Cable management was garbage, The clean up was non-existent & what puts the icing on the cake is that the power cable for the sound system was already in the electrical socket so i don't know how they couldn't plug the other end into the sound system. Very disappointed in the overall out come, i felt like my time was wasted. At the end of the day the only thing that was satisfying was that the brung the right TV. What a shame. Your technicians need better training & whats the point of making me grab all this extra stuff just for you to still not do what you insisted you wanted to do.

    The two gentlemen who mounted my 65" Samsung The Frame TV were super professional and quick. They arrived as scheduled and took great care with mounting the TV above my fireplace.

    The price is great! Our installers came out and explained everything they were doing. Very professional, knowledgeable and neat. Our Television was being mounted on the mantle and had just been painted. Not one scratch or mark on the wall!

    Individuals who were 5 ft brought no equipment to hang tv at the requested height and after going back and forth for 10 minutes on whether the tv was straight or not, they left and when moving the swivel motion mount, the tv was completely lopsided. I have contacted Best Buy through every way possible. I stated that I wanted a 2nd appt for the tv to be removed from the wall and asked that they DID NOT send the same person, in which of course they DID. Upon the same individual walking back into my home and seeing the state of his work, all he said was "Wow." Not once, was there an apology or anything. So now, after paying for mounting services and only being left with giant holes in my wall and my brand new tv on the floor, I'm extremely disappointed. Again, I have contacted Best Buy through every means possible to get a refund for the "service". In person, I was told that I had to contact corporate because the store that I bought from "could not refund for services done, even if done improperly. " Also, it would have been nice to know that the people who actually do the service are contracted through a 3rd party. Attached is a photo after the service was completed -- I'm currently at work and do not have a picture of after it was removed from the wall but as mentioned earlier, there are obviously holes in the wall and m tv is sat on the floor. Completely unacceptable and disappointing --- I would never ever ever everrrrrrrr use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

    Very quick service provided by the “Geek Squad”, Scott is the best! Had him for two tv mount installations, and he has excellent customer service, friendly, and goes the extra mile to help out. Would definitely recommend to friends and fam.
