Great experience all around. The installers were friendly and helpful as we discussed optimal placement for where I wanted the tv mounted. They asked great questions about how I would have the room set up since my furniture had not arrived yet. They were able to answer questions I had and walked me through the operating system on the tv and should me how to properly adjust the mounts pivot, tilt and swivel features.

The installers were professional, courteous, well versed in this tv and taught me everything I needed to know about this purchase.
