Friendly, efficient. Knowledgeable. Made sure position of mounts were correct for viewing purposes.

We moved our tv and sound bar mounts from our old house to our new house. The Geek Squad was early and got the job done quickly!

Just as adorable, the techs showed up with the mount, installed it, correct height, connected the TV, programmed remote, cleaned up and left! Love it!

They came in and set up my tv promptly. They even explain how the new tv work. 5 stars all around.

Setup well but didn't connect Ethernet and one of the HDMI devices.
