I was nervous to mount my 85 inch TV. The Geek Squad was easy to schedule, professional, and my tv is mounted well!

They did a quick but thorough job. Gave me pointers and cleaned up after themselves. Very nice.

All right everyone, I cannot recommend the Geek Squad more highly! My project involved mounting a large tv over a fireplace in my old house. They were wonderful. They properly wore masks and booties over their shoes to protect me from Covid 19 and my carpets from dirt. They showed me how to uninstall the mount, should I ever want to and they stayed to make sure everything worked great - and it did! Thank you Best Buy for this service. It was well worth the price!

Geek Squad agents were courteous and professional. They were efficient and helped get my new TV set up in a reasonable amount of time.

Tech called and gave us eta and arrived on time. Practiced all precautions for COVID and booties to keep my floor clean. Unpacked hooked up and instructed all options of our new smart tv. Explained how to use Spectrum appt to rid us of one receiver cable charge which is why we purchased the Samsung smart. Noted we had chosen the best size for guest room. Took all packing and box no cleanup for us. Very satisfied with Tv price delivery and set up. Tech took time to answer all questions.

Product is great. The installers rushed the job, didn't check TV if properly working and the surge protector was left hanging. When I purchased the item with the Samsung TV, I wanted Rewards, the first purchase was voided and when I spoke with credit, when purchase is made, it automatically defaults to promotional financing. I wanted rewards instead of the promotional financing. When I went to the store, I was advised unable to give me rewards. It is my fault as well, however, I advised the sales associate I didn't want promotional financing.

Awesome service. Jacob did a great job. He offered to do an in wall installation to hide wires. This service not offered in store because they don’t know if they can do it due to what’s behind the wall. Mine is considered a wet wall due to gas pipes and water pipes in wall but he was able to do it. Makes it look so good. Installed a outlet extension for tv power. Service cost 119 due to being a total tech member. Think it’s 129 regular price. Totally worth the money!!!
