    2-man team Geek Squad came to my house, and perfectly and professionally installed/mounted a new 50” tv on the wall, within 20 minutes. I am very impressed and happy about their good work. Highly recommend the service to anyone.

    The personell were very courteous while here. Said if i had any other problems they would come back to help. Called for help with setting up channels, which got confusing between the Amazon and ROKU billing and sining in to apps that are free on Anazon but being charged by Roku.. im not tech savy, im old, frustrated, and did not like reaching out for help and being told i dont qualify for home service. I also bought the protection plan and Geek squad plans. Too little human contact when i called for help.
