I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of a 75 inch LG smart tv. From purchase delivery, to mounting the Best Buy team was courteous, knowledgeable and most of extremely professional. I am extremely happy with my purchase experience.

The Geek Squad mounted our tv and connected all accessories. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

Individuals who were 5 ft brought no equipment to hang tv at the requested height and after going back and forth for 10 minutes on whether the tv was straight or not, they left and when moving the swivel motion mount, the tv was completely lopsided. I have contacted Best Buy through every way possible. I stated that I wanted a 2nd appt for the tv to be removed from the wall and asked that they DID NOT send the same person, in which of course they DID. Upon the same individual walking back into my home and seeing the state of his work, all he said was "Wow." Not once, was there an apology or anything. So now, after paying for mounting services and only being left with giant holes in my wall and my brand new tv on the floor, I'm extremely disappointed. Again, I have contacted Best Buy through every means possible to get a refund for the "service". In person, I was told that I had to contact corporate because the store that I bought from "could not refund for services done, even if done improperly. " Also, it would have been nice to know that the people who actually do the service are contracted through a 3rd party. Attached is a photo after the service was completed -- I'm currently at work and do not have a picture of after it was removed from the wall but as mentioned earlier, there are obviously holes in the wall and m tv is sat on the floor. Completely unacceptable and disappointing --- I would never ever ever everrrrrrrr use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

Very strong and sturdy. A full size man can hang on this mount and not budge it.

Agents connected my TV as per my required place. and they are so friendly.

The Agent that came was polite and informative. He hung our tv and made sure to clean up after himself. He took a lot of time to make sure we were aware of how everything worked which was great. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Three guys can and mounted the TV. They said they would not do electrical (which was not explained to me at the time of purchase) and that translated to an access point right next to the outlet which allows the power cord to run behind the wall then out of a hole and into a plug. It looks stupid. They also did not reconnect the Apple TV, Ethernet, or sound bar even though the sales person said they would. There appeared to be a power struggle between two of the installers—so I suspect we could have had everything reconnected, but the “manager” was demonstrating that this service does not have to be done unless explicitly cited in the contract. Overall, I am not happy with the tv setup by geek squad. The most important part for me was mounting, so I can say that I am happy that I did not have to do that part by myself. I guess I can make corrections on the wiring down the road.

Really liked the in home consultation prior to purchase and the installation after I decided on a TV. Courteous and qualified employees.

I wasn't there. My wife was and she said no problems it went smoothly.

My TV was not mounted and wasn’t supposed to be, but it was connected to my cable box and DVD player and placed on my TV/fireplace stand for me. He did a great job.

They set up my new tv in a timely manner. They were professional and showed up on time.

 Great quality TV and love how Best Buy was able to set it up on the mount.  I was able to purchase it during Black Friday and got a steal!!!

The technician mounted, connected and set up everything. He also showed me how to access many things on the new TV and paired my remotes. Very professional and helpful!

2 diverse teams came out and quickly installed my tv and soundbar. They were organized and required little supervision. MONEY WELL SPENT FOR MY CUSTOM INSTALL.
