The guys were great; working quickly & extremely neat... May sure all connections, remotes & various downloads were in place on new TV before leaving.. well worth the install

This was the first time I have used Geek Squad for installation or mounting and they did a fabulous job. Good value.

I don't know how the Geek Squad could have been any better! Terrific guys. They knew what they were doing.

Bought a new entertainment center to accommodate a new TV. The Pedestal Stand allowed us to put the TV/entertainment center into our living room in a way that enhanced the atmosphere. The Geek Squad team put it together very quickly. I got to enjoy my purchases much more by not having to deal with the need to do my own mounting. I'm very glad I bought my Total Tech Membership and had the Geek Squad do this.

Geek Squad knew everything required...very professional. I am pleased that their service was available.

Quick and easy set up of my 85" TV. I previously bought the mount and had it for the install team, when they came and delivered my TV. They also checked to ensure it was level, and assisted in connecting the TV and walking me through some of the basic functions. While I didn't find it necessary, it was something they did as part of the service, for those that aren't as tech savvy.

The third party install was fantastic they showed up just like stated. Geek squad was terrible! They pushed my install 3 times. Call customer service 5 times hung up and lost call 5 times. Told 2 different reasons why install was impossible. Unless pickup at store is possible will not use Bestbuy again

The service was excellent. They came mounted the tv. Walked us through all the smart functions. And were done quickly. Also cleaned all debris.

Amato (?) mounted the NEW TV to replace the OLD TV. The TV works for connecting with WiFi and giving us YouTub, tubi, Roku, etc., but it does NOT receive broadcast TV through the flat screen antenna we had bought from BestBuy. The Tv may be worth a 5, but because it does not receive the broadcast channels well, I will give it a 1 until GeekSquad fixes it.

Agents were very professional and able to mount the TV without any issues.

Kevin, Nick and Ali were excellent. They removed my old wall mounted TV and installed my new one. They cleaned up after the job with a vacuum. They were very neat and careful of my belongings. It's a very nice television. Mounts on the wall, with the help of another person, like it was made to be there. would buy again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. They were very thorough,professional and did an AWSOME job.

Mounting went well but learned I should have been offered the $199 install service.
