The agents mounted my TV and connected it to my devices however TV is tilting backwards when it was put together. They disassembled and put it back together again but result was the same. See attached pictures. Can this be remedied?

I’m happy with the service I got today. Roman and his partner did a good job mounting my t.v. They were really nice and placed my t.v at a good angle.

The agents from Best Buy mounted my 83” TV in no time. This is the second one I have had and have had no problems whatsoever.

I paid $249.00 for he TV installation/set up and $99 for Soundbar installation and set up at the Appleton WI store. I had a friend come to my house to enable the technician to do the work as I am in the middle of the move to my new place. The equipment was mounted but no set up was done and all boxes were left for me to dispose of. The website and the folks at the store stated after the installation and set up w ere complete the technician would clean up the area. As I was living 850 miles away at the time i tried to reach the store to discuss the situation. You cannot get to the store via telephone, you are directed to a call center. The call center couldn't help as the purchase was done at the store. Ihad the call center employee contact the store manager and ask him to call me back. I was told he would call back momentarily. It has been a week with no call back. In addition I was sent a survey on my experience. I stated the above. The survey asked if I wanted Best Buy to contact me. I asked for a call back no call back through this channel as well. This has been the most frustrating purchase I have ever had. I would in no uncertain terms tell the consumer that Best Buy does not live up to its obligations and makes no effort to make things right on a $5000 purchase. Shop local with professionals, not amateurs

It was as expected. The installer was good. And the tv stand is fantastic

This TV is all it can be and some more. It makes you feel like your in the tv next to the actors. Very glad we went with the 75” and not the 65-70.

The Geek squad (Jasper & Blair) came out to fix what a third party messed up mounting our 65" sony tv. Jasper & Blair had to completely redo everything and did this without a hitch. Our tv looks great mounted over our fireplace.

My two agents were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is what they seem is a complicated install. TV is 65" on metal studs walls. They cleaned simultaneously It was art in motion. Thanks BB.
