    The technicians were very professional and worked well together as a team in installing my TV, connecting to receiver, and testing it all out. They spent time with me to explain the features and making sure I understood. The TV weighs 100 pounds, so it was worth the investment for installation services.

    The agent was super efficient and helpful. They showed me how to use my TV and the mount and provided great suggestions on how to change settings for what type of application (gaming, TV, HD movie watching, etc)

    The installer did a great job mounting the TV, he set up our sound bar too. He set the TV up and showed us how to work the remote.
