tv is a great size, good quality but you can get the same with a lower priced tv. still learning to maneuver well but most of the features are things you’d rather check on your phone. i understand the price is for its features but they’re not touched. I use my tv just for streaming and watching. if you’d like to check the weather, get sports news apps and other stuff you can do on your phone but would like on a big screen then this might be it for you. I’ve also only had one real glitch on the screen as far as picture wise, shown in attached picture. and sometimes if you don’t exit out an app before turning off the tv, it give you a playback error when you turn it back on. problwm fixed by holding or double clicking “home” button and click down to close app when task manager pops up.

I know I could have done the install myself and maybe in 3 or 4 days would have been watching some tube.....Geek Squad came and I watched Hockey that night.....guys you rock.

It took a while because the technicians were very careful about where to place the Samsung FRAME on the wall. Very professionally done.

I wish I had done this myself. It wasn't worth the money. $346 for two Tv's a sound bar and a year of total tech. I had higher expectations. They install your mount and hang your TV on the mount. They hung a sound bar from the TV. Mounting of rear speakers is not included so if you want that make sure to ask and pay extra for it. Mounts were installed properly and everything worked. My TV screen was scratched up pretty badly. Since I did not buy the TV new they said it was already that way. I disagreed and they didn't even try to clean it. Just not worth the cost. Nothing Special about having this done professionally. Do it yourself.
