Agents mounted my TV, explained everything in detail and we’re very patient & professional!

Mounted my tv and connected my midco quickly. Did a demo on how a system worked.

Excellent communication prior to delivery. Two techs arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The set up was clear as they explained steps for use and answered all my questions.

I had an older surround sound system that I used with the TV I was replacing, I wasn't sure if it would work with my new 86 inch LG NanoCell. Russell identified that my 27 year old Nakamichi AV-10 Receiver had a optical input that would connect to the new LG, I purchased an optical cable and I was able to experience that same theater type sound but this time with a a 4k Smart TV. The Geek Squad team is awesome, an added value with any Bestbuy purchase.

My TV was defective so it was replaced reinstalled and reprogrammed it for me. :) Great job guys
