They worked hard and did a great job! Thy arrived on time.

The company that came to install was great and tried their best to compensate for the mess Best Buy and Geek Squad created. Geek Squad did not come it was a third party. We purchased our 75 inch was told they were coming to install on a Wednesday as well as picking up and disposing 2 other TVs. Wednesday came they did not install nor did they take the TVs to dispose. We gave specific instructions that the 2 TVs were large. They came saw the TVs and said they were too large and were not going to pick up. I called waited hours to get someone to reschedule me for a Sun. Sunday came they picked up the TVs but still did not install. Install was moved to Monday. Monday came and without notifying me they rescheduled for another day. At this point I’m beyond furious and just want a refund. My husband works for Walmart and could have gotten a better deal but but decided to pay a little more bc the TV was supposedly in stock. After requesting to speak to several managers and NEVER getting a call back after being promised I will NEVER shop at Best Buy or add on Geek Squad. Worst experience!!!

In contacting "Best Buy" and "Geek Squad" I thought I was contracting for the services of your uniformed and store based service personnel. Instead, what you provided....without notice to me....was a subcontractor. I had seen two trademarked "Best Buy" vehicles in our neighborhood and deduced that these would be the personnel providing us the requested service. By contracting behind my back for subcontractors to do the work you deprived me of doing my own price comparison and shopping among other providers. I was expecting to pay for "Geek Squad" services...with the technical expertise and ACCOUNTABILITY that attends working with store based employees. You deprived me of that essential aspect of our contract. The personnel YOU contracted with were courteous and installed two tv mounts and one of our soundbars. The second soundbar required that we go online and find a part. We were told to simply 'call back' when the part arrived. We ordered the part and it was delivered within a day or two after the initial service. I texted the number provided and was told that "they were servicing another customer and would get back to us". Of course they did not contact us again. Had these folks worked for your store, it would have been a simple matter of contacting management. However since you created another layer of accountability for these services I decided to avoid the confrontation and arranged for alternate servicing of the one remaining soundbar. I intend to cancel my yearly maintenance program. It was deceptive of you to lead me to believe that I was contracting with "Best Buy" and "Geek Squad" when in fact you were subcontracting my requested service. I would not have agreed to this. You created a situation where you obtained a profit on subcontracting a service that I could have obtained on my own without your layer of profit. That is a deceptive business practice and one that terminates my previous good impression of Best Buy and Geek Squad.

I would always recommend Geek Squad to mount TVs. They do a great job, clean up everything. Great value for your money

The agents arrived, asked a few questions, removed old tv and mount, installed new mount and tv, cleaned everything they touched, and left. Simple and perfect.

Excellent customer service, too big too do by myself . Tv is perfectly centered in the wall . Well worth the cost ...

BRIAN DID A FANTASTIC JOB. HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HS IS DOING. HE DOES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND DOES NOT HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP.

The TV Mount does the job, but we had a morning appt to have it installed. The person was not a Best Buy employee and came very late at 8pm. We were not happy!

The technician went above and beyond to mount the TV.

The Geek Squad swapped and installed out the defective flat right away, and everything is work perfectly!
