The gentleman who installed the TV BRACKET were great! Very careful and helped with Mounting the large TV on the bracket. I was very impressed and definitely will be using them again!

The installers called ahead of time and kept great communication. They were friendly and professional. It took them no time to install my tv. I am glad that I choose the Geek Squad.

If I could have rated less than 1 star I would have. Absolutely horrible - don’t ever let them trick you into the 3rd party company. They over-charge, lie and then cut off communication with you. I have the new version of Total Tech and will be cancelling. Best Buy please get your act together! Still sitting here 3 days later with no TV.

We usually hire a handyman to get all of her work done around the house when we purchased the TV Best Buy. They offered the service and they said that we would get service from the geek squad. It sounded good so we decided to go for it. However, the service we received was not what they advertised. The workers I came to the house were rude. Did not wear a uniform and were definitely not Best Buy employees. They didn’t finish the work on time on the first day so they came back a couple days later the TV that they installed are not properly installed. One of them is tilted and the other one was meant to be flushed against the wall and it is not. The third, we did not let them finish because they made a hole in the drywall . It was an overall terrible experience. This would be our last time installation from Best Buy.

The agents where great. They asked me where exactly I wanted my TV. They didn't complain when I asked them to move a it a couple inches. Very nice and understanding. Good job guys.

The 2 guys that installed my TV were AMAZING! They were extremely polite, Covid covered, smart and fast. They offered a few things to make things easier on us.
