Our Geek squad was Awesome. They did a great job installing up our new TV. But they went above and beyond! We had a new dining room fall being installed and our 2 dogs got out accidentally. The Geeks were quick to volunteer in the search and helped bring our pups home. Thankfully they helped us! We'd give 10 stars if we could. They were very nice.

We love our Geek Squad agents. They have gone overboard with their hospitality. You can ask them anything related to computer knowledge or TV expertise and they will have the answer or will find out for you. Our brand new router was not working right while they were here. So without a question, Derrick took it back to the store and returned with a brand new unit. We were within warranty so no charge . Yes we love our Geek Squad!

The geek squad came to mount my 65 inch TV to the wall. They did an excellent job. The TV was placed exactly where I wanted it to be and was centered perfectly. They connected my TV to my internet and made sure it was working properly. They also hooked up my DVD player and VHS player. They synced my cable to the TV and showed me how to use the remote. It was all done in less than an hour. The geek squad was very professional and I would definitely have them back.

The best people to install electronics. Safe responsibility and people that knows what are they doing
