    The agents mounted the TV and all external devices. Verified things worked as expected and when it was discovered the TV's build in Network adapter wasn't working offered to drive to Bestbuy and pick up an Apple TV so we could by-pass the TV's adapter.

    They did a decent job installing. Great job explaining product. I didn’t like them pushing to upsell me on different mounts which made the install take much longer.

    The folks who mounted the TV for me were all awesome! The only reason for less than 5 stars is that it took three attempts to get this service scheduled. The first time the order was apparently input incorrectly. The second time the order again was input incorrectly. It took three attempts and about three weeks to finally get it done. Not sure why. Seems like a pretty simple request.
