Great service! Dear all, This memo is being written to you all to inform you of the great service that I had with the Geek Squad representatives. I certainly will definitely use the service for future products that I purchase from BEST BUY. I'm happy that I purchase the tech membership and will definitely make use of it.

Very friendly & helpful Tv was not mounted as high as we discussed so I did have to get a follow up visit to re adjust That’s a little disappointing because of course I wanted it finalized but they said they only had a 1 hr window for the service The appointment asks the client to be available in 4 hour windows so I would think they should allow more than an hour incase anything is wrong so we don’t have to readjust our schedules again

I would recommend. Workers came on time. Took old TV away. Installed TV first. They connected what they could because my new TV did not have all the outlets I needed. The Doorbell was installed fast. I had purchased the Ring doorbell from HSN and had BestBuy install. Works great. I was able to get the services at a reduced price because of the total protection service I purchased for $199. Very happy overall and would do it again.
