Our geek squad technicians went above and beyond during out TV mounting installation. We had out TV installed above a fireplace on a wood 2 by 4 surrounded by a brick veneer. We let them know that the area for mounting wasn't very big, and they brought out a few mounting brackets to use.

I had been hesitant about using Geek Squad, as I'm pretty tech savvy and usually install things on my own. My new TV was quite heavy, and the group of tech friends I trust were busy renovating their homes, so I figured I'd give Geek Squad a try. I was highly impressed with the team that came out. They were very professional, and in fact ended up saving me a lot of money because they used my original mount that I could not get the TV to fit on. Will definitely use Geek Squad again.

I got the appointment because of a last minute cancellation online. Brandon and Tony installed my 43” new tv on the wall perfectly. Left no mess and explained the function of the apps and told me how to take the tv down off the wall if needed. Brandon put ties on the cords to make them look neater. They did a great job! It’s costly, but it’s done well. For the smaller televisions I would say it’s not necessary, but for a larger tv (ie 70” or above) I think it’s better to have them do it.

The agents (Mitch and Rico) were very proficient. They installed my tv and attached all the other components I had. They made sure to test everything to make sure it was all in order. They were exceptional in explaining the functions and did a great job of cleaning everything up.
