I needed my 36" tv mounted on to the wall. The Best Buy person did a good job and was very friendly. However, he wasn't able to program the tv because the remote had batteries that sat in it for 2 years and the batteries were bad. So, unfortunately I paid for this service but didn't get it done for me. My fault, but very frustrating!

Mounted tv to wall and put in a wall cord eliminator.

They were fantastic, the Geek Squad came and not only put up my new TV, they even installed my soundbar up, because I purchased it separately and did not set it up with Geek Squad yet, they were super nice and when a head and put it up for me, and I really appreciate that extra effort.
