The Geek Squad came out and mounted my new TV and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. I was totally satisfied!!!

Installed wall bracket and also put TV up. They also shared how to operate .

the techs came in set it up and were in and out in no time - they went over the tv all the tricks and even called back to make sure everything was still good a couple of days later. You would never know they were in the house.

My new 32 inch Samsung TV is as good as the first. also from Best Buy. Before purchasing, I went to their store and viewed all 32 inch TVs and in my opinion, again Samsung was top choice. A Geek Squad member installed my new TV on a swing mount with the screen that can be seen in a choice of two rooms. He also walked me through how the Samsung remote works

There was a slight mix up on the website and the rep said he was double booked. He checked to make sure my time slot was correct and moved around the whole schedule so he could install my TV. Sometimes the best customer service isn't about the actual work performed - he made what could have been a frustrating situation into one that was professional and easy!
