I have had geek squad mount 4 TVs so far from two 32" tvs one 60" and one 86" they all were mounted pretty quickly even the 86" took them about 30 minutes. They feel sturdy and they helped clean up my wires so it doesnt look all crazy with wires running everywhere. They did and have done a great job they also told me about the geek squad plan that's 200$ a year but with as much stuff as I'm doing it saves me money. So far it's already paid for itself saving me over 500$.

I was pleased with how the technician walked me through the features of our new TV. The menu bar has everything at your fingertips. The voice control is amazing and the number of streaming services and internet connections is amazing on my Samsung TV. We love the feature of the room matching ambience feature. Don't always have it on, but it's nice. Overall I give a 10 out of 10 rating for the product and service.

Team was on time and kept to schedule. Had all 4 TVs beautifully and neatly set up in no time at all.

Geek Squad setup was fabulous the store on the other hand left hand does not know it's right hand is doing received our order a month late ask for some consideration or compensation got no reply

They showed up 4 people for my job to put 85" TV on wall at 10 feet hight I tried before but un able to get it up and geek squad people finish the job in 30 minute lol I wasted 5 days for nothing

WE purchased a new construction home and the Geek Squad has already been out here 3 times. Tomorrow should be the final. We did a major job with them. They put up 3 tv's and whole new stereo system with built in speakers inside and outside which also works with our phono player, cassette deck and dvd changer. Awesome what the Sono speaker system can do. I would highly recommend both the consultant to the installation team. They are top notch!

Everything went smoothly other than I expected them to run all the cords, including the power cord thru the holes they placed, but that was not the case even though I was told by the telephone people that they would. The guys did a great job though.

The agent was on time and installed my tv and mount and remote controls in a timely manner.
