    I would rate them 5 STARS from beginning to end!! I had my 1st install with Geek Squad almost 10 yrs ago. I called them t.o install a newer TV. THey were super patient and walked me thru the steps with my new bday gift

    Geek squad was excellent, The rest of Best Buy was the single worst customer experience of my life. took a month to get, 4 times it was pushed back. Nobody could give me an answer, and now after all of that, no one is getting back to me on the refund and the broken remote.
