The products are very well-built and handled through Best Buy as all consumers. This is important after every installation of products. It then goes to the technical people. My opinion these people are the most important and am very aware Best Buy is trying to rebuild the geek squad to better help after every installation and this does take time. As we all know

This is the way to go! They are very professional and also set up the tv how I wanted it with my subscription services and showed us how to operate. They cleaned up everything and removed the trash.

The guys were great with the installation of my 65" Sony tv. They mounted it securely, set the tv up to my preferences and answered all of my questions. My only issue was with the online scheduling. My calendar appointment was accepted and the night before the appointment I was notified I had to reschedule. Plus the links I received were for delivery only, not for full installation. Fortunately, my installation techs were far superior to the website experience.

The Tech mounted the TV to brick. He had all the necessary equipment and expertise to mount the TV quickly and made sure it was functioning properly. The TV will be used for streaming only so the Tech made sure the connection was correct. Very happy with the installation.
