Tech came installed 55 inch tv on my complicated wall found a nice secure spot and showed me a few things about my tv mount

The “Geek Squad” guys were on time, organized and knowledgeable. They showed/explained about our new TV’s operation. They made sure to answer any questions we had. They moved our old TV to its new location and packed up all the boxes and trash before they left. Excellent service!

Tv was 85", with sound bar and wall mount we would have taken hours and no doubt spent a frustrating day working on it. These guys came in & had in all up & working in NO TIME AT ALL, so worth the money to not spend my time trying to measure, drill, wire & sync it all up. Two Thumbs up Geek Squad, great work. Answered all my questions and made sure my streaming was working properly before they left.

We are very happy with the TV mounting service - excellent work by the Best Buy Geek Squad! The two employees showed up at our house on time, they were very friendly, and they answered any questions we had. We only needed basic TV mounting, since we previously had a TV hung up in the same location on our wall (the necessary wires were already hidden in the wall). The Geek Squad had our new 55" Samsung TV on the wall in less than 30 minutes. It looks amazing! Great work - thank you again!

The agents that set up. the TV and sound bar were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very neat. After installation took the time to go over functions of TV and remote. Also, left the area they worked picked up all debris and made sure everything was neat.

Trenton J and Blake from the Geek Squad were the technicians that installed my new Sony Bravia TV and LG sound bar and they did a phenomenal job on this installation. They were friendly, efficient, and meticulous to detail in doing a very clean, tidy, and professional installation on this. They were very positive ambassadors for Best Buy.

TV's are getting so technical now days this was a great decision. They delivered my TV and took over in a good way. Installed my corner wall mount and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. The remote controls were set up for my cable system, The gentleman answered all of our questions about how our new smart TV operated ,then they cleaned up and took the huge box with them. They were great. I definitely will do this when I buy my next TV.

The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of mounting and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.
