Kevin and his assistants did a GREAT job mounting my new Samsung Terrace outdoor TV. Due to the weight and height, it was certainly something I did not want to attempt on my own. They showed up exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone needing a similar project completed.

Our agent, Mike P., solved previous issues with buying the correct tv in order to connect a hearing aid device so that I could listen through it and my wife could listen through the soundbar. We had previous issues with our Harmony remote which Mike fixed in a jiffy. Once installed, everything worked like a charm and we love the Sony tv.

The were quick (less than an hour) and clean. They also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was still working great!

Geek Squad installers were great. Arrived on time, installed quickly and gave clear instructions on operation of TV and remote. My only complaint is that Best Buy's installation cost is way too high. The mount for the TV was already installed on the wall above the fireplace and our installation charge was still over $300. Not sure that I will ever purchase anything from Best Buy that requires installation.

The two dudes who came to our house were super professional, kind and the job was A++. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The technician was great. Called and estimated arrival accurately. Worked neatly and quickly. It was not a simple installation for various reasons. Answered questions. Polite and well spoken. Made sure we understood the system once installed. We never understood the last one!! The schedule was a bit of a disaster, but Best Buy came through to salvage the situation
