For a long time I wanted to hang my flatscreens on my walls but never found the courage to try as I was afraid I’d run into obstacles behind the walls like electrical lines and such so when I replaced my tv I decided to get it done with the Geek Squad not only was I extremely happy with the outcome but I was impressed with the speed and accuracy they performed this job for me and I learned other things as we spoke about audio equipment and ambient hdmi led lights. Thank you!!!

The Geek squad guys arrived on time. They put my 75” TV on the existing mount, hooked up all the equipment, went through the menu of the tv and made sure I was comfortable navigating the streaming apps!! Very friendly and professional. Fun guys to talk to, actually!!

The contractor hired by Best Buy did a fantastic job. He connected the hearing device to the back of the TV. He deserves 15 Stars. And I don't know that my store Geek Squad deserves any stars. The original appt. was canceled twice without any explanation.
