    I can’t give you a 5 or even a 4 star rating, even though the service was spectacular. The ridiculous price to hang TVs, purchased from Best Buy, is simply too high. The old Total Tech Support was a way better benefit.

    Had the delivery and installation of 65" tv on wall... it was worth the extra money.. paid for deluxe install & they set up and attached sound bar, cable box etc...took away the packaging and box.. very professional... recommend using this service if you are unable to bring home this large item and install yourself (was a 2 person job)

    The Best Buy Technician was excellent. He let me know ahead of time he was coming and called again when he arrived. He was professional and did an outstanding job installing the TV and setting it up. He went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything.
