Its a wall mount for a tv so it works exactly the way you think it would.

Very professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived on time and gave ample notice of their arrival.

Agents were knowledgeable and new what they were there to do. There was however, a considerable amount of confusion before they actually got there. One group of people came (not Best Buy employees but some service ground that Best Buy had outsourced to) that arrived and promptly said that they couldn't do what had to be done (i.e. take down one TV and mount the new one in the same spot!)
