    Agents mounted my TV’s and I sure all were working properly. Gave recommendations for equipment to improve signal in areas of my home where signals were a bit weak and inconsistent. Very professional, arrived at stated time

    The two agents were from the Pensacola store and were fantastic. They showed up early and called prior to arriving. Both agents were very professional and great ambassadors for Best Buy. Took down the old TV and installed the new one so easily and insured I understood how to operate the TV. Thank you for sending such great ambassadors to install our TV.

    We moved from California to Utah and needed to have my 55" Samsung TV setup on it's stand (was wall mounted before) and hook up the stereo and speakers. This was a short term move while our new home is built. The Geek Squad arrived (2 guys) and quickly went to work on all the pieces of my TV puzzle. Had everything setup and working in less than 2 hours and even talked through the services they can provide with the design of a system for the new home.
