Chris and his helper, did a fantastic job bringing in my new TV and taking out the old TV. They were respectful and put everything back into place before they left. They were kind and patient showing me how to use the remotes. I will definitely asked for Chris Coolidge when I need other services.

This was supposed to be a re-connect to my devices because the smart TV portion was not always working correctly . They reviewed my system & moved my satellite boosters closer . Most likely I will have to replace those in the future . All has worked well except for a couple of times . Love Total Tech & Geek Squad . ❤️

I needed 3 TVs mounted, 2 were 65" and one was 40". They actually got here a few minutes early, which was great. All 3 were mounted in a short time, but done correctly. Additionally, one set was new and one of the Geek Squad members helped me set it up, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad for TV mounting, even if the TVs were not purchased at Best Buy!
