I wasn't happy with Best Buy Geek Squad installation services. They miscalculated and drilled holes in a wrong place! They didn't even tell me about it! They just left. No honesty, nor work ethic! I found out about it when I had to moved my TV to watch it at the kitchen. They also didnt go over how to use the remote controls. They didn't show how to use the TV, how to navigate it. All they did is turn on tv and check for the picture and sound quality. That was one of the reason why I didn't just hire a handy man so they can help me to learn about my new TV. Ofcourse i know how to turn on tv and turn up and down the volume. But I've never had a smart TV. This is my first one. When I was buying it a Best Buy representative assured me that the Geek Squad will guide me through it and help me to learn how to navigate through the menu. They were supposed to explain different icons that it has and how to get where I want to be. IT WAS A BIG LIE! I spent over $2000 at the store and was hoping they would be more helpful. I expected more from Best Buy! It would be better and cheaper to hire a handyman. The result would be much better and less stressful for sure! JUST HIRE A HANDYMAN!

I paid to have a 75 inch tv mounted and for geek squad service only to have them send 1 person out to mount my tv resulting in me having to help lift the tv due to him not being able to do it by himself. The person was nice but if I am paying for geek squad service they should have been prepared, I am not getting paid to install my own tv. An hour after my tv was mounted it stopped holding my tv upright and now it stays in a tilted position. Now someone has to come back out and fix it at an inconvenience to me and my work schedule because they couldn’t schedule a date that worked for me. I bought a tv, a mount, and paid for geek squad service altogether costing me $900+ only to be Highly dissatisfied, not spending anymore money at Best Buy due to it being such an inconvenience and no one making it right. I DO NOT RECOMMEND would give 0 stars if I could!
