The agents mounted my tv and connected all my devices

The agents mounted my TV and connected all the devices. They were friendly, efficient, and courteous. They left all the unused parts for me but they did not leave the most important thing in my opinion; the instructions for the TV ,remote, and sound bar. I have been very freustated at times "guessing "my way through some changes and set ups for streaming. Sub-woofer was located in the wrong place also.

The crew was the Best! Definitely knew what they were doing. I had concerns with the mounting of the TV, before the installation, because the wall is 100 year old plaster and over the fireplace. These guys weren’t phased. Fantastic work. SO happy I let the Pros do the work. Completely Satisfied with the work, explaining on the set-up of the TV, and sound bar. Again very Satisfied.

The agents were great. They walked me through every step of the process. I had purchased mounts from another vendor that weren't compatible with the studs in my wall. The agents went out of the way to get the proper mounts and complete the work.
