This was a smooth installation, they had obviously done many of these not on hitch plus very nice people

Agents did an awesome job mounting and setting up my TV. They made sure the mounting bracket previously installed was sufficient for my new 75” Sony Bravia, ensured it was level and secure. They took care when attaching the TV to the full-motion arm. They set it up for me, making sure it was connected to my Wi-Fi, Google account and cable box.

Over all the experience was great. Not only did they install what was on the work order we also had them hang another TV as well.

The Geek Squad installed our TV, cleared out the tangle of wires connecting out devices and speakers, explained exactly how to connect to our DVD, game system, Firestick, and TV. So we're delighted. And when we contacted the Geek Squad to help hooking up our old TV to an antenna in our bedroom, they recommended an antenna ($35) that works great.

Absolutely terrific service. Received a call just prior to appointment and they arrived on time. Made recommendations on height they suggested I mount the TV. They even measured out a couple of different options to show us. Once they began work they were efficient and mindful of all furniture. At the end they gave us a rundown of what they did and how to use the equipment. Cannot say enough good things about the service I received--worth every penny.

I needed a sturdy bracket to hang my tv over the fireplace. This was perfect and the set up was pretty easy.
