great install by the geek squad team on my flat screen tv mounted to the wall

Went exactly as hoped - smooth, well informed and highly recommend the geek squad

mounting was great but had problems with set-up. Had to call set up person back cause tv went blank. He struggled with getting my tv back up and viewable. really didnt know exactly the right way. but it's viewable .. BUT.. the app page stays up with the tv also. I have to click on the DISH controler to get rid of the the app page. Have not even attemped to try using apps yet. Don't want to lose TV again. Can I get someone to help me ??

I was happy that the Geek Squad guys that came out were able to make the old mount I already had on the wall work for the new TV. It'd be easy to upsell someone for a new mount without any real reason. But that little convenience bought a little more trust in this otherwise normally wary buyer.

The techs made sure the tv wall mount was put in the exact place I wanted it. Set the tv up quickly and efficently. Answered all my questions and patiently showed me how to operate the tv, remote and how to find shows and record them. They were very kind and gave me good advice.

The team delivered and installed the new tv. They also moved my existing tv to another room.
