This service was the best service you can received for tv mounting. The technician called a head of time to inform us of his expected arrival. He ensured all bolts and equipment was available. Plus, he had extra wires which were needed in his van and were available for purchase through Best Buy. I was was able to purchase these items quickly and hassle free.

The agents mounted our 75" TV and connected all the remotes and speakers to it. Jose Castro is an exceptional Geek Squad member, very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. We aren't techno-savvy, but he took the time to explain everything to us in terms that we could understand. His partner is very good too. Best Buy must be very proud to have employees like them!

We are very happy with the service. The first TV delivered had a issue with screen. We called Geek Squad and told them about it. They set up a new appointment for the following week and delivered a second TV which we are extremely happy with. We would highly recommend Best Buy and the Geek Squad

The guys took time to remove a speaker that was in the way and pulled the wires for a new center speaker. They even made a recommendation for the new one. The mount looks and works great! Giving room for center soundbar.
