The agent was amazing. Got everything connected and showed me how to use.

The lead installer contacted me before the appointment and again the morning of the appointment to ensure everything was good to go. Arrived about midway through the promised time frame. The two installers worked quickly and cleaned any mess made and took away the packaging. The lead installed verified everything was operational and provided some basic setup of the TV prior to leaving. I am very satisfied with the service performed.

I purchased the simplest over-the-range microwave I could find because honestly, who needs all that fancy stuff? Well, I don't, at least. It is a very nice looking microwave and works extremely well. Best of all, I could use it straight away without even having to open the instruction manual- because it's really that basic and intuitive to use. The Geek Squad came and installed it for me, so it could not have been any simpler! I am so happy with it.

They were on time. They kept me aware of their arrival. The TV was installed. They did trouble shoot any problems with resolutions. I very happy with the service that is why I choose Best Buy because of the Geek Squad was available.

The agent did a great job mounting the TV into concrete blocks in my basement. What impressed me most is how he checked to see the TV was working after installation and noticed the TV was not working properly. Because of his willingness to ensure everything was in working order, he was able to get a new TV brought out that day and saved me the trouble of dealing with customer service.

So not only did we get multiple confirmation calls about the appointment time but our Geek Squad representative went the extra mile to get details from our family member who is the one who is going to use the tv the most to make sure the way it would be placed was the most comfortable for them because they are recovering from an illness. It was just a very thoughtful representative and I am definitely encouraged to use them again.
