The Geek Squad did a great job mounting my tv, sound bar, and bracket. Would hire them again!

I ordered this for my 90 year old mother in law to be installed at her residential living facility. the install was fine, but I already had a wall mount, but wanted a soundbar installed. first, although we ordered everything needed, including the sound bar mount, it came in different times and one critical piece never arrived (sound bar mount). Did a UPS track -- they said it was signed for -- but the name of the signer was unknown. But UPS said talk to Best Buy. BEst buy said talk to UPS. So we ended up ordering a second mounting bracket for the sound bar. After paying for a premium GEEK service -- thinking that would also include sound bar installation, we were told no, and had to have a second visit by the installer. We ordered on line -- which was also held against us -- our fault (we were told) for not going to the store to talk to a Salesperson before ordering?? Isn't the point of on line to save time and money for Best buy and us? The installation, once all the caveats are taken into consideration, went fine.

The geek squad was on time and professional. Mounting is solid. No issues at all.

Great guy, TV looks good but just disappointed that the cords had to place in a white box vs hidden in the wall

They took down my burned out 65" TV and installed new one. Hooked up my remotes, showed me how to use new one and, for additional cost, took away old TV and packing materials. I could not have done it myself unless I rented a truck. Good value.

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first wall mounted TV and the first time I had used the geek squad, let me just say that I was very impressed. Not only was the job done exactly as I had hoped, but quickly and efficiently. The geek (technician) helped in every aspect and once finished, I could dive right into my new toy as every streaming account of mine had been activated. I'd use them again without hesitation.
