I've had the TV for about 3wks now and so far, it's been good, no issues as of date. Geek Squad was professional and efficient. However, the price of the service is way too expensive for the average Joe.

Very happy with the Geek squad team awesome job very impressive and quality service.

We thought we were prepared, but had a few issues with our cords not being long enough and having to rerun some through the wall. What we didn’t have, the Geek Squad was able to supply. They got everything hooked up and connected on our cable remote in a way that was easy to use and didn’t required every single remote we had. Would use them again!

Jason came in and went right to work. Put covers on his shoes. Installation was less than an hour. Have tips for operation of tv and and Amazon. Ex plained warranty. He was very polite and friendly. I would also like to acknowledge Robert who set up the appointment, suggested and ordered the mount and also informed me of certificates I had available which reduced my costs. Great experience with both guys!!
