The Geek Squad tech knew his stuff. He was neat and followed COVID protocols

The Geek Squad team members that did my installation were extremely professional and provided direct feedback and clearity.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently! My wall mount was installed with no issues.

The TV was connected wonderfully by a great technician.

The agents mounted my TV where I had already used a flatscreen power/cord kit. It was well worth the money since the TV was huge (82"), awkward to handle and fairly heavy. With two guys, it was MUCH more manageable than trying to do it myself. They mounted it, tested out the basic stuff and then I finished hooking up all the sound equipment and boxes. Very pleased.

TV mounting was OK but tech insisted on fiddling with remote and made a mess of settings. I fixed it after I threw him out. Had to make check out to independent contractor, not Geek Squad.

Came when scheduled and quickly set up my new TV. Wore masks and felt safe.

The Geeks did a great job arriving as promised, unpacking our bracket and TV, mounting it on the wall, setting up our peripherals, loading our streaming accounts and explaining how to operate everything. They were minimally invasive, followed COVID protocols, courteous and cleaned up properly in a short period of time. I would use this service again in the future.

I love the picture. I'm glad i had the Geek squad to set it up because for me it was a nightmare to get through the setup and getting used to h9w to use it. It is a pain because i have to use both the tv controller and the AT&T controller to watch the cable shows. If i would have known how complicated this tv was i would never have bought it.
