    The Geek squad ROCKS! The initial installation was spot on. Justin rocked it. Set failed ~ 2 weeks later. James, from Geek Squad visited to confirm DOA status quickly, recommending replacement. Geek Squad due to replace later this week!

    The installers were pleasant and did their job well. My TV is a wall mount and they replaced the old TV and didn't put marks on the wall or scratch the cabinet below.

    Two techs came in and knew exactly what to do. They did an excellent job mounting my tv, explained how the mount worked, and cleaned up after themselves. They even had a little custom made cardboard piece to catch the dust when they drilled the holes in the wall. Very nice and personable, thorough and quick.

    The person that did our work installed 3 TV's all 50 inches and larger and one was particularly a huge task which he seemed to make look easy!. He got all out equipment (auxiliary) connected to our satisfaction and was done in record time with precision. We were so pleased with his work we wished that he would always be the one that would do any of our Geek Squad work for us!
