So far I have only communicated with the Customer Service Representative. He did a fantastic job. Took care of scheduling my TV mounting appointment that was convenient for me.

The two employees installing our TV were amazing. They were so skilled, so personable, and so responsive to our requests. Best Buy would be lucky to have all employees exhibit the same customer service as these two exhibited. They were professional, knowledgeable and fun. We hope to see them again when we make our next purchase.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing our entire system from the TV Wall Mount, SOundbar Wall Mount and 75" TV. The team was very professional and communicative prior to the install. Upon the date of install they were courteous, professional and efficient.

These guys did the absolute best job stalling my TV. They were both very knowledgeable and professional.

Everything was perfect with my mounting except when they cut into my drywall. The mount placement is perfect, but when they installed the in-wall power extension, the faceplate does not sit well on the wall. It's loose. Not sure if they cut the hole too big or the screws are messed up on the faceplate, but it just doesn't screw into the wall. The faceplate sort of protrudes out, so I have to place it behind the wall mount in order for it to sit flush with the wall.

They set everything up perfectly. Well worth it yo have Best Buy’s pros do the set up
