The white is too bright even with lower contrast setting. The forests looks unreal

James & Josh with Geek Squad were amazing. They had the 77" TV and soundbar setup in no time. They took care of all the packing and gave some great tips. Would highly recommend them and the Geek Squad.

Galo and Philip were extremely kind, friendly, and overall incredible. They really took time to make sure I was happy throughout the process. They also made sure everything was explained throughly and that all my questions were answered. They never showed any signs of being tired or agitated with any questions I gave them. By far the best experience I've ever had with Best Buy and Geek Squad!

The agents mounted my tv in a very quick fashion. They were able to put together my mount quickly, found the studs, talked me through where the TVs could be placed, mapped it out on the wall with tape before placing them for final approval, and instructed me on how to use the mount arms to move the tv where I wanted it. Highly recommend this service, particularly if you are total tech member.

The actual service appointment was great, but the scheduling of the appointment was a complete nightmare. The time and date were rescheduled 4 times in 12 days, and for the last delivery date, I had to call in to see if they were actually coming because I received no notification until the tech called when he was on his way. Luckily, he called at the beginning of the window.

The Geek Squad installers were very professional, competent, friendly, answered all of my questions and provided all the technical instructions for operating my new TV & sound bar systems. The wall mounting and hiding of the wiring was done very well.

The agents mounted my new TV 82" to the wall and connected. Moved old TV. Took 3 agents due to weight of TV. Showed general operation of TV. Hooked up existing speaker system to TV. Showed how that worked as well. Discussed issues of old analog equipment vs need for new digital. Made purchase recommendation. Excellent installation service.
