Yes, they did all but one going to buy a new 4k disc player. They took down the 65" Sony TV, then put up the new 65" Sony TV. Also were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Also, they worked well together. I would have them back anytime we have trouble.

The agents removed my DIRECTV’s box from inside the wall so I could return it to DIRECTV. Didn’t quite reset the TV to my Apple TV box. Still shows DIRECTV when turning on the tv. I still have to reset input and reset sound to external speakers.

The technician was very professional and pleasant. He did an excellent job.

The actual installation was fine. What was poor is the surprise in what hidden items that were not included in the installation. Also, there is a problem with the syncing of the sound with the picture, and I have made many requests for help in this matter with no response provided!

Two gentleman showed up at my door and brought my 65”Sony in- totally masked. They were prompt, answered my questions, set up the tv, mounted it on the wall as well as the sound bar. Great experience AND they cleaned up after taking all cardboard dented, left over wires and such. Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt.

actual hardware / mounting is fine but as far as setup of devices firestick soundbar etc had to call them back to house for a follow up visit to fine tune
