The Geek Squad folks kept me informed as to when they would arrive. Very courteous and knowledgeable, I enlisted their services to replace a previously-hung inoperable 70-lb dinosaur TV and haul it away. They mounted the new TV, made sure everything was connected properly, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a tutorial on how everything works. Glad I went with the Geek Squad option!

my biggest complaint is that they only brought the TV and they left my sound bar at the store and then they gave me some beer story about the sound bar being on another delivery ticket with another person. I mean this was just a simple LG sound bar it did not need a theater specialist to hook up the audio or anything like that. so I feel like they were giving me a fake story because it was never delivered by anybody that day and now I’m having so much trouble trying to get the sound bar delivered.

The two guys who set up my TV was wonderful. Also they took there time explaining everything to me.

The Geek Squad team that installed our lobby TV was on-time, called ahead to let us know they were enroute. There was a slight change to the install that they had to work around and rather than telling us we had to reschedule they took the extra time that day. The team was professional, cleaned up after their work and made sure everything was working as we needed before leaving.

Mike has installed and/or serviced a number of items in our home, so he's like an old friend. He was prompt, polite, and professional. The TV installation was trouble-free, He hooked up all of our equipment, and verified that all of them operated correctly, then demonstrated how the setup worked. Excellent service!
