    Incredible install of a TV + mount. The wall studs were not evenly placed for centering, so the installers measured prefectly to drill an anchoring "center" hole through the plate. Very patient with the entire process.

    Love the Samsung Frame TV and the two gentlemen who installed the swivel mount we purchased did a fantastic job installing it. Will definitely use Geek Squad again! I also appreciated the text updates and they were on time.

    I think the geek squad is a great program. I’m just disappointed they changed it. I think they shouldn’t have been so greedy and I would have been a repeat customer. Now once it expires I’m done with Best Buy.
