Well let's hope third time is the charm. I'm on my third Sony Bravia 75 UHD. Start up issues.Adam has been here each time to replace my TV's. He did a great job each time and explained the harmony remote. He was very patient with me learning how to use the new remote, soundbar and blue ray.

What I needed was to have the 65 inch HD TV that is on my wall mount replaced with my new 65 inch 4K TV. I also needed the previous TV placed on its stand for placement someplace else. Add in a few accessories and this was a task that called for more than one person. Enter the Geek Agents and it was just a case of answering some questions and then relaxing as the job was done to perfection in no time.
