    Geek squad installed our TVs in multiple rooms

    Was happy with all mounts but one. They confirmed mounting with an 11 year old, called them about it and said I needed another tv mount to make it work. Told me to setup a rehang. Called geek squad, sat on hold for over an hr and then was told they would talk with manager. I took it into my own hands and dismounted tv and mount and moved it up 6 inches to coved tv outlets that where showing

    Horrible service..Scratches on my wall, one screw is halfway in and my tv tilts daily on its own…I would NEVER recommend geek squad to do any work. Have to keep the mount out so it won’t tilt and scared to move to take further photos of scratches or

    Did not mount the TV where I asked them to twice. Told me not to worry about it. Now it is not architecturally centered on the wall

    Terrible installation and customer service

    We’ve had nothing but issues with the Tv Mounting that was done. The TV constantly leans and becomes crooked and customer service won’t do anything to fix it. Extremely disappointed considering we paid $200 for the service alone. On top of an already expensive 70” TV

    Cables were not hidden

    I called and chatted multiple time to ensure I had everything I needed to ensure the cables would be hidden. The installer was outsourced and he did not have kit to hide my cables.

    Miss hung TV causing it to almost fall on my wife. They also took user manuals and left me with no kind of instructions on how to set up my new tv

    The fight the tv up but they didn’t put a spacer like I had to the previous tv. Now I have my Ethernet cable pressed up in the wall and I’m worried it’s going to damage the cable. I need to be contacted to get this issue resolved.

    agent that came to install my tv break my 78 inch Samsung Curve was screen was broken why move it to the front room. Best Buy refused to do something about it. I am getting a lawsuit. Best Buy I am not happy with you guys broken my and taking no responsibility.

    The full motion mount. He put the wrong mount on the wall, left the motion mount on the floor and it’s still here.

    My TVs were mounted by a 3rd party and the wires were not concealed at all. It looks so unprofessional. I have an in home consultation with GeekSquad to see if this can be corrected. There’s an extension cord wedge behind my tv on the fireplace, which really looks bad!!! All TVs look like this!

    Didn’t get for what I paid!

    I choose the premium installation and supposed to have all wires/cables hided but this didn’t happen! All cable are visible! Also, I mentioned to install above the fireplace and there was any difference to the wall, it means I paid $99.00 for NOTHING! None special installation! So disappointed and I’ve spent $299.00 when I could spent only $129.00!

    Horrible service they drilled into a wire in the stud causing a short in my interior lighting. Had to pay a competent company to fix all the damage.

    Horrible. Geek squad Representatives told me the place that I chose to put the TV was ugly. I felt offended and contemplated returning the TV for horrible service.

    The guys who showed up said the tv was too big and too high to install. I was then told they didnt want to get on a ladder because they were afraid of getting hurt.

    Gave us the impression they could hide wires in wall and this is what I got I'm so unimpressed!! They left pencil marks on my wall where you can see them the box is visible below the TV and the TV is not centered?

    They put a hole in my wall, and I believe they were not going to tell me about it until I pulled the TV away from the wall and saw it. He said he fixed it with putty.

    Worst bracket bought from contractor. They were supposed to center it on wall, picture will show they didn’t. They were suppose to connect components again it isn’t. They mounted the bracket 2 feet low. Most unprofessional job

    Apple TV not powering on due to setup

    Unable to power on Apple TV because the cord was too short to place on console where it initially was located. Requested to buy a longer HDMI cable buy Joey made the decision that the connection he had rigged would work and it doesn’t

    No stars here, had to pick 1. This is the worst mounting I have ever seen, nothing premium about it. I could have done this myself. I think a refund for this service is in order. $199.00 is that a joke?
