    Very poor service. Put control box on with tape. When I ask if that would hold . I was told yes it holds up to 250 lbs. well control box fell off 45 mins after they left.

    Charged fee of $129 for mounting. Did not mount new one used my old mounting. Tried 4 times unsuccessfully to get charge removed.

    Not happy with tv mounting. Placement was not where I asked, not centered on wall. The soundbar was left hanging crooked and not centered and flush with tv. Trash was left on floor and I had to clean myself.

    Installers needed to install 2 TVs, one looks fine, the other had 9 holes in the wall, after 1.5 hours with only 2 screws holding onto anything. Another contracted installer installed it correctly in about 15 minutes.

    They messed up my wall. The person was not ready to perform the job. Everything is uneven and now they need to patch my wall.I spent 3k and now I have to wait 2 weeks to someone come and fix this mess.

    The agents did not mount this tv on the middle of the wall as I instructed. I have two windows and wanted it in the middle. Furthermore, it is not level with the floor.

    The TV was installed in the bedroom above the closet so if your not laying in the bed directly in front of the tv you can’t watch it. If your sitting on the sofa you can’t watch the tv.

    I never got my TV installed I had to do everything by myself it is so pointless to pay for geek squad if the people or the employees they are going to show up don’t do anything

    Bad Wiring job

    I had a very difficult time getting TV & Sound Bar mounted. I had first guy install TV but didn’t place wires behind walls. I had to get a second rep come and correct the issue.

    Asked tech to mount at least 3" below AC vent and be sure mount high enough to cover the niche in wall. The upperleft cornerof TV hangs low. Gap shows. See photos

    They mounted my tv without washers and a screw was not fully screwed in. They put a sound bar mount that should have been on the tv on the wall. And it wasn’t even centered. Bad service.

    The installer did not pull the wires thru the wall Did not install the sound bar I believe the TV is crooked on the mount I am not pleased
